Traditionally served with milk and sugar.

Origin: Assam and Travancore, India. Nandi, Kenya. 

Grown: 1000-5900ft above sea level.

CTC, Broken Pekoe (BP).

Caffeine Content: 25-35mg per cup.

Lively and energising.

Bright and coppery with golden highlights. Black tea, ginger, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper. A full-bodied black tea.

Brew: 100°c for 4-5 mins.

Store: Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
